47th Paving and Transportation Conference

The Department of Civil Engineering and the ATR Institute at The University of New Mexico extend a cordial invitation to you to attend the 47^th Paving and Transportation Conference. The Conference will be held at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North, 5151 San Francisco Road NE, Albuquerque. The Pyramid is located on the West Frontage Road of Interstate 25 North near the Paseo del Norte exit (Number 232) in the Journal Center Business Park.

ADVANCED REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 28, 2009. The advanced registration fee is $70.00. The fee on January 4-5, 2010 will be $75.00. The registration fee covers admission to the technical sessions of the Paving and Transportation Conference, admission to the exhibit areas, break refreshments, the luncheon on Monday, and the breakfast on Tuesday. Please fill out the attached registration card completely (one for each individual from your agency) and return it with your payment to:

Please note that you can now Email your completed registration form to: unmptc@unm.edu. You may also FAX your completed form to 505-277-1988. For your security, if you are paying by credit card and wish to Email your registration form, please call Yolanda Sanchez or Candyce Torres at 505-277-2722 to give them your Visa or MasterCard information over the phone after you’ve sent the Email. If paying by Purchase Order, please indicate the PO number on each form.

The registration desk, located in the Pre-Conference area of the hotel, will open at 7:00 am on January 4 and be maintained throughout the Conference. Breaks will be scheduled mid-morning and afternoon in the indoor vendors’ exhibit area which will remain open for the entire Conference. The outdoor exhibit area will be open both days, weather permitting.
